Here in Wisconsin the number of hunters was steady but the harvest was down about 20 percent. Fewer deer in the woods? Most likely.

Looking for that Last Gift?

Gift Cards for WTU Members at 2008-09 Banquets
Whitetails Unlimited is presenting a $10 gift card to everyone attending a WTU banquet during the 2008-09 banquet season. The fall season is over, and the spring season banquets start rolling in late January. So if you haven’t attended your banquet yet, make sure to get tickets for your local event this spring. Tickets, dates, and details can be found on the WTU website. These gift cards are good for $10 off WTU merchandise on the Whitetails Unlimited website (whitetailsunlimited.com/shop_online) and in the Marketplace section of Whitetails Unlimited Magazine. They will be distributed at WTU events through June 2009, and are a way for us to let our members know that we appreciate their support.
$50,000 Membership Appreciation Giveaway
Whitetails Unlimited’s giveaway program is rolling along and is putting smiles on WTU member faces across the country. Starting last October, a prize is awarded every business day to a WTU member through December 31, 2009. Prizes include guns, collectibles, bows, hunting accessories, optics, and other quality merchandise. Total prize package has a retail value of well over $50,000.
