The World Of Beretta Goes To The Dark Continent The Next Two Weeks.

World Of Beretta

ACCOKEEK, MARYLAND- Over the next two weeks The World of Beretta brings you three exciting shows starting in Africa. Join host Chris Dorsey on the first show as he travels to game-rich Namibia with fellow hunter Gary Hilton. Dorsey – a seasoned African hunter – takes Hilton under his wing as he experiences Africa for the first time. The pair encounters some of Africa’s finest game as they hunt Gemsbok and Kudu.

From Namibia Dorsey travels to Georgia where he is joined by actor Johnny DiSanti for some fine wingshooting at the Buckeye Plantation, where the birds and history are plentiful.

In the second week, viewers can once again join host and actor Gerald McRaney as The World of Beretta travels to the expansive Dark Continent in search of McRaney’s first big cat – a Namibian leopard. This hunt for one of the big five is a game of patience in a Technicolor landscape that only Namibia offers.

After leaving the animal rich landscape of Namibia, The World of Beretta takes viewers to the heart of Florida’s Timberland. McRaney joins forces with Matt Connolly of Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership as they enter the domain of the cagey Bobwhite Quail. Feathers fly as the pair travel the piney landscape of Gilchrist Club. This is an episode you won’t want to miss!

The third The World of Beretta airing in this African block will take viewers to Botswana in search of Cape buffalo. Join host Chris Dorsey as he teams up with Jeff Rann, outfitter and owner of the famous 777 Texas ranch, for a trip to Botswana in search of a Cape buffalo bull. With the animal rich Okavango Delta nearby, Dorsey and Rann encounter a variety of game, including large herds of Cape buffalo. But is there a trophy in the mix? You will have to watch to see if they are successful.

Following the buffalo hunt, host Gerald McRaney takes viewers to The Bluffs in Colorado for a late season pheasant hunt. Enjoy the beautiful scenery as plenty of pheasants and snowflakes drop from the sky.
