The NTOA Announces Incident Debriefs for Annual Conference

Doylestown, Pa. (Ammoland.com) – The National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA) has announced its Incident Debrief topics and schedules for the 33rd annual Tactical Operations Conference & Trade Show, to be held Aug. 14-19, 2016, at the Galt House Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky.

In response to an overwhelming demand, NTOA has increased the number of incident debriefs in 2016. These seminar-based courses will be led by experienced and respected police leaders.

“At the NTOA we recognize that hearing first hand debriefs of recent critical incidents, from experienced officers, provides you some of the most effective learning opportunities. This is clearly reflected in the lineup of debriefs that we have this year,” said Don Kester, Director of Training and Education.

Several more debriefs will be added in the coming weeks, but the current topics and schedule is as follows:

  1500 – 1700 Columbine High School Massacre
Friday, Aug. 19 0800 – 1000 Unified PD, Salt Lake City Hostage Rescue
  1000 – 1200 Kansas Bureau of Investigation Barricade
