Judge orders gun returned to female officer involved in deadly domestic dispute with fellow officer (VIDEO)

Amy Young was required to surrender her .40-caliber service pistol last month when Dave Monroig's ex-wife, Nina Diaz-Monroig, filed a restraining order against Young, citing that she was in fear for the lives of her children following a deadly domestic dispute in July in which Monroig lost his life.
