The Industry Choice Awards are awarded to manufacturers based upon a comprehensive independent evaluation by industry experts for fit, form, finish, and functionality.

2018 Industry Choice Award – Handgun of the Year, SIG SAUER P365:
Recognized by industry experts for its impressively small size as a 9mm concealed carry pistol, capable of eleven or thirteen rounds, and for its comfort and feel in the hand, minimal recoil, and overall accuracy. Throughout testing independent panel experts noted that the P365 was the, “best pistol I have shot in this class of gun,” and was, “a compact confidence booster,” and were, “amazed by the light perceived recoil, and is the best small nine I’ve ever shot.”
2018 Industry Choice Award – Rifle Caliber Pistol of the Year, SIG SAUER MCX Rattler 300 Blackout:
For the first time an ICA was awarded for the Rifle Caliber Pistol of the Year and the SIG SAUER MCX Rattler 300 Blackout earned the honor. The Rattler was recognized for its compact construction, manufacturing quality, and its’ proprietary bolt and spring system. Panel experts commented that, “overall, in the market, I believe this product stands out. It is well made, performs well, and it definitely grabbed my attention,” and “the product was consistent, performed well and was accurate.”

The 2018 Industry Choice Awards were presented in nine categories, and SIG SAUER was the only manufacturer to earn two of the top honors.
