The name change is essential to provide a universal brand that unites all of the hunting disciplines now covered by SHWAT.com. This name change coincides with the launch of the SHWAT Tactical Hunting Community Forum. These announcements were made today by Jonathan Owen, CEO of SHWAT.com.
“Having anticipating the ground swell of tactical gear and methods used across the hunting spectrum today, we believe we’ve timed this expansion perfectly. It’s bigger broader view of hunting,” said Owen. “In addition to our news, reviews and stories website, we added a new community forum at SHWAT.com. At the launch, the forum will be structured with Gear, Game, Long Range Hunting, Skills, Member Showcase, Marketplace and Regional forums as the main categories. These primary categories have extensive subcategories ensuring users can easily find and contribute desired content.
