Neal Emery Promoted to Marketing Position at Hornady
Grand Island, Neb. –-(Ammoland.com)- Hornady Manufacturing is pleased to announce the promotion of Neal Emery to the position of Marketing Operations Manager.
Emery, a native of North Dakota, is an avid hunter and reloader who spent his formative years in Alaska. He holds a Bachelors Degree from Valley City State University in Valley City, North Dakota. He also holds a Masters Degree in Management from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota.
Emery brings a wealth of shooting and handloading knowledge to Hornady with over 20 years of reloading experience. A competitive shooter, Emery participates in NRA Conventional Pistol as well as USPSA Action Pistol, F-Class and 3-Gun competitions.
Emery has been with Hornady for over three years, previously in the IT department. He will assume the role of editor of the Hornady Handbook of Cartridge Reloading and will manage all aspects of the Team Hornady Sponsored Shooters, tradeshow operations, and multimedia and digital media activities.
“We are extremely excited to have Neal take on these new responsibilities,” said Neil Davies, Marketing Director for Hornady.
“He is uniquely qualified to fill this position, and we look forward to everything he will continue to do for our company. However, having a “Neal” and a “Neil” within the same department will prove to be interesting,” joked Davies.
