Montana Powder Primer Bill Passes Senate Second Reading
Washington, DC –-(Ammoland.com)- MSSA's bill to encourage the manufacture of smokeless powder, primers and brass in Montana, SB 371, has passed Second Reading in the Senate with a vote of 41-9.
SB 371 was significantly amended by the Senate Taxation Committee, removing three of four inducements for new manufacture. We hope we can get two of those inducements restored in the House.
