Kim Rhode To Appear In Randolph Engineering's Shot Booth
To Give Away Ranger Eyewear….
Randolph, MA – -(ShootingWire.com)- If anyone knows the importance of target enhancing, protective eyewear, it's four time Olympian, Kim Rhode. Randolph Engineering, makers of RE Ranger Shooting Eyewear, is proud to announce that she will be joining them at the 2009 SHOT Show in Orlando, FL.
Rhode will be at the Randolph Engineering booth (#3705) on the first and last day of the SHOT Show, from 8:30-9:30 am (Thurs, 1/15 and Sun, 1/18) to sign autographs and give away chances to win a Ranger XLW 3 Lens Set. She will announce the winner at 9am on the last day of the Show!
Kim Rhode is the most decorated female Olympian in the history of USA Shooting. She most recently won a Silver Medal for Women's Skeet at the Beijing Summer Olympics. Rhode won the Gold in Women's Double Trap in 1996, the Bronze in 2000, and another Gold in 2004. After the International Shooting Sports Federation and the International Olympic Committee removed Women's Double Trap from the Beijing Games, Rhode had to change her shooting discipline to skeet. While this would be an overwhelming hurdle for most, Rhode has once again exceeded everyone's expectations.
Kim Rhode has worn RE Ranger Shooting Eyewear since her start in competitive shooting more than 16 years ago, at the age of 12. According to Rhode, “I choose to wear Ranger shooting glasses because they give me a competitive edge. They fit my face well and the lenses clearly make the bird stand out.”
Randolph Engineering, Inc, (“Randolph”), a Massachusetts corporation, was founded in 1972 by two engineers, Jan Waszkiewicz and Stanley Zaleski. Both immigrated from Poland years earlier, became US citizens, and worked hard to transform their American Dream into a reality. At inception the company focused on designing and manufacturing optical tools and machinery for the trade. The vision of the co-founders was to build the cornerstone of the business on advanced engineering principles and then to slowly expand into the manufacture of premium performance eyewear under the Randolph name.
