Boise, ID –-(Ammoland.com)- What outdoors enthusiast hasn’t dreamed of getting away to wilderness adventures on land and water, to world-class destinations, mountain trails, and legendary rivers?

The four lucky winning bidders of the Idaho Adventures for Valentines Online Auction will do just that, accompanied by professional guides and equipped with everything they need to experience Idaho’s breathtaking natural resources.

The auction runs through Monday, February 14, 2011, and benefits Idaho Natural Resource Foundation, a non-profit conservation organization dedicated to ensuring opportunities for people to experience and enjoy wild Idaho. The trips up for bid have been donated by members of the Idaho Outfitters and Guides Association.

The four trips include:

3 day/2 night Wilderness Horse Packing Trip for Two – Valued at $1350
Your professional guide and experienced mountain horse will transport you back in time to the wilds of the Sawtooth Wilderness where a comfortable camp, great food, and western hospitality will complement the breath-taking beauty of high-mountain lakes, green meadows and towering peaks. This is a fully furnished, customized horse pack trip with itinerary depending on your desired activities.

5 day/4 night Wilderness Rafting Adventure for Two – Valued at $2998
This wilderness rafting trip offers relaxation, adventure, and good times with great people. You can expect thrilling whitewater, amazing wildlife, spectacular scenery, and hearty meals around a campfire. Bid price includes all meals, necessary equipment, guide services, and transportation beginning from the Salmon departure to the McCall arrival, sales tax, and a $20 per person Forest Service Recreation Charge.

4 day/3 night Lower Salmon Rafting Getaway for Two – Valued at $2400
The Lower Salmon trip begins 50 miles upstream from the mouth of the Salmon River, continues through the mouth of the Salmon River, and then downstream about 20 miles on the Snake River in the lower end of the Hells Canyon on the Idaho/Oregon border to road’s end about 25 miles upstream from Lewiston, Idaho. The trip will be in August or September 2011.
