Waco, TX -(AmmoLand.com)- The leader in wildlife management technology, GMS has announced that it will introduce its all-new Fieldmaster mobile device software during the annual Texas Deer Association (TDA) convention in August 2015.
The new Fieldmaster will revolutionize the way breeders and ranchers keep daily records and maintain important data about their animals. As advanced as it is user-friendly, the new Fieldmaster software is specifically designed for mobile devices, such as iPad, iPhone or Droid device, and allows deer breeders and ranch managers to take their GMS data directly into the field.
Working deer includes a wide variety of tasks that require record-keeping – darting, administering medications, moving deer to different pens, taking photos, tagging fawns, creating or researching pedigrees or many others. With the new Fieldmaster software, you simply record directly on to your mobile device and sync the device with your desktop GMS when your done. There is no longer a need for an Internet connection and no more entering and re-entering the same data twice!
“The new Fieldmaster mobile software will revolutionize the way this industry records data,” says Mike Owens, president of GMS. “In addition to being a time-saver, Fieldmaster makes it easy for you to take your data with you anywhere you go. Pictures, pedigrees and information about your deer will be right at your fingertips. It’s perfect for auctions, or simply showing information and images to another deer farmer or potential customer.”
The new Fieldmaster mobile software will be unveiled at the TDA Convention, held at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa. Special presentations for the software will be held Friday, August 14, 2015 at 8 a.m. and Saturday, August 15, 2015 at 8 a.m.
Price for the mobile software is still to be determined.
GMS is a two-time winner of the Wildlife Industry Leadership & Development (W.I.L.D.) Awards for Most Innovative Technology.
