Comedian Sarah Silverman stars in new parody, endorses the “Black NRA”

Funny woman, Sarah Silverman, makes an appearance in a new comedic parody of the National Rifle Association, called, “The Black NRA.”

The video, produced by Funny or Die, shows Silverman recalling how the NRA has claimed to be “America’s longest-standing civil rights organization.”

Silverman, along with African-American comedians, David Alan Grier, Deon Cole, and Ron Funches, explain the necessity of creating the new “Black NRA.”

“Our fund will put guns into the hands of those who need them most,” says Silverman. The African-American comics finish her sentence, adding, “Young black males.”

The African-American comedians tell the camera that with a gun, they “feel safe doing everyday normal things,” such as “wearing a hoodie,” “eating Skittles,” “walking in the rain,” and “going to Florida.”
