Biggest Names in Bowhunting and Archery to Compete in Rage 100-yard Invitational Charity Archery Shoot.
Minneapolis, Minnesota – Some of the biggest names in bowhunting and archery are set to compete in the Rage 100 Invitational, a 100-yard charity archery shoot. The event will be held during the Archery Trade Association's annual trade show. Shooters will be using their hunting bows and hyper-accurate Rage broadheads.
“That's a long, long way to shoot using unmodified hunting bows,” says the event's coordinator, Graham Ruppel, “But that's the idea. Rage rear-deploying broadheads fly like field-tips and now the country's best archers are going to prove it.”
Anyone attending the ATA show is welcome to watch the competition. It will take place at 7pm, Thursday, January 8th, in the West Lobby of the Indiana Convention Center, in Indianapolis. Rage will donate $500 to each competitor's favorite charity. The winner of the competition takes home a check for $5,000 with $2,500 going to the second-place finisher!
Rage has a unique design compared to other hunting broadheads. It's streamlined in flight, but on impact the blade's shoulders catch and a “SlipCam” forces the blades to slide back and deploy from the rear, rather than from the front as traditional expandables do. This results in fully-deployed blades for huge entry holes, large wound channels and better blood trails – all of which expands a hunter's kill zone. Rage broadheads are available at selected archery dealers nationwide.

Rage Broadheads are available in 2- and 3-blade, 100 grain varieties. Rage is located at 101 Main Street Superior, Wisconsin 54880.
